Mr. Runnels joined Intech from QED Information Systems, a software development company providing portfolio management and investment accounting systems. Mr. Runnels spent six years prior to that in portfolio management for the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System in their fixed income investment division.
Mr. Runnels earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
