West Palm Beach, July 6, 2021 – Intech is pleased to join the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative, reinforcing our commitment to our clients’ de-carbonization goals. Consistent with our fiduciary duty, Intech joins a group of 128 international asset managers, representing US$43 trillion of assets under management, in a commitment to:

• Support the goal of reaching net-zero emissions by 2050 or sooner across all assets under management, in line with the Paris Agreement goal to limit warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.
• Set an interim target for the proportion of assets to be managed in line with the attainment of net-zero emissions by 2050 or sooner.
• Review our interim target at least every five years to ratchet up the proportion of AUM covered to 100%.
